Can anyone tell me what the name of this animated cartoon is?
it’s been really bugging me for a while now. but i used to watch this cartoon years ago and i can’t remember the name.
it’s a bit like japanese anime ans bit like american cartoons.
it’s about this girl she’s about like 20 or something. there is this ugly genius kid with evil henchmen and they cause mayham everywhere. Then the girl, during the day she is a guy a sort of (a bit) nerdy looking guy. during the night or whenever the genius kid strikes she sorta looks like half cat woman and half witch. her costume is like cat woman but she has a witch’s hat. also she has a pet black panther that helps her during trouble. this guy falls in love with her while she’s in the costume, but during the day he is her friend.
so if anyone knows what this is please let me know!
