I Mini Mouse for Halloween. My costume is a white and red polka dot dress with a black bra cute. My makeup be? I could not be bright red lips and cat eyes, but I do not know. You could use glitter or something or Paine nails red. All ideas are welcome. Many thanks! 10 points best answer!

He is also wearing white gloves. basically try to copy your look with a bright (?) color of shade block (try Barry M or Mac), or eyes bright blue pencil (Bourjois). bright red lipstick and rouge can be found everywhere. Use a pencil or black eyeliner to make your eyebrows in front. and eyelashes, mascara or false or extension for really good.
