Halloween costume help!?
im being Alice from American McGee’s Alice. my guy friend is going to be my Cheshire cat. now i think it would be really hard to pull of the Cheshire cat in the game because hes on the pleasantly plump side. so i was going to go with a mix between the Cheshire cat from the game and the one from the movie. well i don’t want him to look gay so i need some help. how can i make this costume so it looks good on him but he wont be made fun of cus he is a big pink and purple cat?!?
i really need the help!

ive looked on almost every costume site there is! no dice!
It won’t be easy to not make him look gay, but on the other had if he isn’t and plays along, it could actually be quite funny and not make him look gay at all. As for the costume, here are a few ideas:
Try to get a purple one-piece hoodie pyjama and paint the pink stripes on (or the other way around, might be easier).
A cat mask with pink and purple paint will do the face, with an alice band with cardboard ears on top of his head.
Painted (or just striped) gloves and socks will do the paws.
For the tail, use old socks (toes cut off) sown together end-to-end and stuffed with beans (and painted of course).
