Using an animal costume mean something wrong?
All right. It was 12:30 pm, and I just saw a lady wearing a short skirt, heels high, and a cat walking back on the main street of my city. Is using parts of animals or animal costumes false means something? And no, I think she is a prostitute. And no, no costume parties held today.
It was probably "Furry" cosplay. Furries are popular in a subculture like to imagine strange animals human traits and genitals. One thing all about "Furry art," and they even have conventions.
