Makeup Tips for Halloween costume?
I'm a cat for Halloween, and I need help with makeup ideas. I will give a sexy look and Catty want it to be the main objective. (Nothing at the top, there is face painting, etc.) If you have any idea please tell me! Step by step instructions would be great! Thanks!
I'm being Hello Kitty, and I'm going to the theater as well. What we do is: heavy black liquid liner, make sure that I use Revlon ColourStay wings, glitter and black, blackest black. Then I put on my false eyelashes, I have on the island of Halloween in the pharmacy, and those that are super long. So I go with L'Oreal infallible lip plumping gloss in exquisite pink. And as always Foundation, flawless skin (I wear Revlon colourstay) And if I outline bits uwant redness cream use. I'm not because I do not go with the lips. I use a lot of pink, because I think my costume is much more feminine, but to change it as you want. Good luck! Keep in mind, a fragrence is sexy too: D
