how to crochet cat in the hat?
I'm looking to make a great hat hook design with a youth group for Halloween, with ears Cat on it. I think Girls will love this model, and enjoy it, but I have no idea how, and whether it would be a beginner to do that. I know how to knit, to Like most girls, but the hook is different. I wondered if it would be possible. Hope this makes sense, but basically I want to make this hat almost 12 years, and I wondered if that was possible? please help! Thanks …:- D
The lower portion of the hat is not difficult and beginners may do so quite easily, the ears are the most difficult and require needles tapestry "stitch" in the ears. You probably could make the ears before the time and have the girls sew the ears to the hat when in fact, but I'm lying is hard work and time as an intermediate crocheter, I remember how frustrating it was for me to learn the drop points and track them. http://gegecrochet.blogspot.com/2009/04/holy-julie-newmar-batman.html is the same idea only more simple it easier for beginners. It is not necessary to use two colors if you want the colors that I think the change to lines like that can be irritating and frustrating when it comes out exactly right. Hope this helps!
