How I can make a hot dog costume for my dog whistle?
I see online, but I wonder if I can make one myself. I have a Dachsund puppy (dog whistle) and you might want to dress like a hot dog for Halloween. You know, with two rolls of its sides, and ketchup or mustard on his back. You have any ideas?
