Animal Cruelty and a bit strange?
My friend said she found a website where they actually sell turtle costumes, I thought it was impossible to put a costume on a dog but a turtle? Isn’t that kinda sick? Wouldn’t it harm a turtle? Has anyone ever seen a costume for turtles? Anyway I myself am an owner and I could never see my turtle in a cape.
That does sound cruel……and it could potentially harm one. What if part of it was ingested when the turtle tries to rip off the costume? What if a strand got wrapped or intertwined around the turtle”s neck…..asphyxiation. It’s a stupid concept in the first place……..who cares (or is even going to see) what your turtle looks like during Halloween?
