Halloween Cat Lines
How can we prevent people from being so mean to animals?
In my neighborhood, we had a continuing problem with animal cruelty. deliberate cruelty. Recently, a neighbor noticed that the tail of her cat had a funny "bend" to it. I took her to the vet and he discovered that fish line was anchored in the queue (which was broken) and had formed a ring scar. Apparently, some kind of deliberate abuse (probably rolling or release) has been made. People put a Halloween cat on fire (gasoline) and run in the street … He was found under a bridge, but do not. He died of a horrible death. These are just some of the many incidents. Why is this happening?? I can not for the life of understand why people went out of their way to make harm an animal?
