Well, a belt of older workers for the part of the neck and I certainly do not use screws. Paper Mache or polymers made in the cone and glued and painted on the money would be much better and easy to do. Follow the instructions on the polymer clay, if you choose this path. It's easy and could make some funky necklaces and clay.
