"Dog-Girl" costume? (Need advice)?

Hi all, Yes, I'm thinking of Halloween in April XD But seriously, my friends are going as a cat and mouse girl girl for Halloween, so thought it would be nice if I'm like a dog-girl. However, I am struggling to put together a costume! Could anyone give me some ideas that I could do, as I use upright or ear drops, curly or straight tail and what fits my mind? 5 stars the best idea!
