Does dressing your dog up in Halloween costume amount to animal cruelty?

No it doesn’t, unless it causes it distress yet it is still forced to wear it. Or if it suffocates or just harms the animal in any way at all.
That costume seems a little over the top, I can’t imagine many dogs enjoying wearing it, but if it fits correctly and the dog is not unhappy, then I can’t see why not.
