How To Make Cat Costume For Halloween
Halloween Costume Help PLEASE!?
My friends and I go to a Halloween party on 27 October. There will be four of us as a group and wanted make a theme for all our costumes. The subject is cat in the hat, my friend and I are dressing up as Thing 1 and Thing 2, her husband is like a cat, and four friends want to go as our fish that tells kids to behave and such, but do not know how to make this costume. Any help would be appreciated and pictures will get you the best answer! Thanks in advance!
You may want to take 3 rings, half the size of a ring and wide enough to fit your feet and head across. Overlap with a cloth blue to create the cup. Hair color orange and orange paint her face with fish scales. Hopefully this will give you some where to start.
