Ebay How much money was stolen last week!

EBay How much money was stolen the week!

The last 7 days, I did an experiment. I'm not selling on eBay for over two months I really had no idea what was actually spending by Article fees and final evaluation … so far … My account has been released and I began to zero.

Well I got 182 points jewelry, good old good vintage with most less than $ 10.00, several of them under $ 20.00 and $ 40.00 cents. Not my auction lists was not extra "bells and whistles", while most listings for $ 0.35 – $ 0.90. I sold for $ 55 1105.00 auctions … Not bad for a working week? Can not beat it eh! Well, the week has over and I'll give you the full breakdown of my expenses.

With the cost of registration 182 auctions of 30 items to list fees and the final evaluation, I eBay $ 305.55. That means I made $ 799.45 … Still not bad for a working week … Right? Oh, I forgot about the eBay buyers can now pay with PayPal is all estimated costs 133.99 Paypal (remember, is still ongoing in the pocket of eBay). Although it takes a $ 665.46 … ok not as good as I expected … but, alas, I forgot the cost of my goods at the lower end is approximately $ 455.00 and I bought on eBay for what made more money from me when I made my bet for the win … Now I have $ 210.46 … Well, now we are below the minimum wage in my 40 hours. Y Worse, I volunteered as a truly FREE SHIPPING eBay for buyers and this will be another … $ 100.00 leaves me with a grand total for the week of $ 110.46 divided by 40 hours a week makes my hourly rate of 2.76 U.S. dollars per hour.

For all this between eBay and PayPal source of my income was $ 1,105.00 reduced by 40% of their fees. It is more than the additional tax … This is higher than it would be an auctioneer in charge and what really worked for the money and probably sold out.

In the annals of time, I am sure that eBay and their subsidiary PayPal are the two most greedy companies who ever walked on the surface of the earth. Another item on eBay … When listing an auction, eBay wants you to pay a percentage of their sales to charity 10% to an increase 100%. I really hope that no eBay seller is the illusion that eBay is sending a check to your favorite charity with your name on it … bad … EBay has its hard-won charity and write off against the corporate taxes and reduce tax liability eBay. EBay sellers line the pockets of eBay with tons of money and then turned eBay and eBay sellers hoping to pay their taxes! It is unfathomable greed and eBay continues to shoot!

Now with all this, as a salesman, I am afraid that someone leave negative feedback, I have no recourse, or God forbid that someone spills your Paypal payment to me and I'm extra money, or my Power Seller (for The good anyway) will be discharged or last thing I'll wake up one morning and my screen in big yellow words "you are suspended from eBay "For something silly and trivial.

Honestly, I wonder why people are satisfied with this greed and madness. Why not fight EBay sellers to keep their pockets full of eBay for its shareholders and fat! Ebay is not the place it was, or is even as an option instead of making money. In fact, Most McDonald's could work and earn twice and get a free hamburger on the market.

The problem is that people who love auctions and buying and selling of antiques and artifacts can not be out of your blood. Well there is a real alternative to eBay and is especially for the small shop and store buyer and seller specialty of old things and old. I and three others began VintageBoutiquesMall and is the company that oversees a number of stores with exciting new auction for antiques and vintage items to be opened in the next 14 months. The premise of our business is three times. The first is to have places with charm and antique auction vintage specialty items. The second is to be the cheapest place online. And the third is to provide the best customer service available anywhere.

The store of the first auction, which opened in October 2008, Architecture in Vintage Gems www.vintagegemsemporium.com . This is an exclusive jewelry auction site for older, vintage and new costume and fine. For example, if the above Virtual Gems Emporium 182 auctions with many updates VGE offers free, my total cost to list and relist would have been $ 74.20 and is because there is no final assessment fees! Yes it is true against 305.55 $ 74.20 eBay dollars. In addition, Virtual Gems Emporium has not can not force the buyer to pay by Paypal (which is obviously always an option as well as many other options Payment VGE) could save 133 Additional $ 99. My turnover of $ 1,105.00 was reduced to only $ 1,030.00 and that is that if everyone were paid by check or money order. However, if all had chosen to use the online payment or similar, my total output would be reduced to around $ 896.81 compared to VGE with the previous $ 655.46. It is a tremendous savings of $ 241.35. The important thing here is that buyers and sellers of options now.

Important keys to success on the site and started his own business VGE on earth!

This is a new site to be just a little over a month and I just want to remind you that this site is for you. Like any new business will have to work trying to contact with friends, family and friends of the auction you may have in your address book, e-mail and let them know where you are. It's good for everybody. In my first month in VGE, many of my former customers of eBay and just signed my income jumped, and in fact probably done better since I paid no fees for the final evaluation! If you wants more than he expects work to improve VGE as eBay and the possibility of making tons of money with most of it goes into the pocket.

I have read many blogs and forums over the past year and a half and complaints about eBay continue to grow. But the commentary has always been dominant, "Why not another person to start an auction site for small shop vendor. "Well, that's what gave birth to the idea and Virtual Gems Emporium is YOUR USE make tons of money."

Once registered I will send you an e-mail you send to your friends, your family and friends in the auction. This letter should be sent a blind copy (BCC) everyone in your address book, e-mail. As with any business that needs to get their outlook for sales, which will make those who love you and do things in site. Reflection trades partners, members of the church or any other person to whom you can learn and make aware of where and could be found Christmas or holiday really great for people on their lists.

Good news is even greater. Before the end of more than 2008, two new sites are opened again and everyone is vintage and antique shop auctions as Virtual Gems Emporium. And guess what, if you log Vintage Gems Emporium stores have a "vintage" passport to buy and sell everything and all shops are open.

The next auction will store Store open vintage collectibles and will be for all things old and antique collectors love. You can find stamps, coins, toys, comics, dolls, sports memorabilia, snow globes, Disney, and more ephemeral role.

A third auction Shop and Gallery Arts Antiques and will be all about vintage and fine old furniture for the dealer and collector. You will find paintings, limited edition art pieces, sculptures, porcelain and period antiques, art glass, pottery, art pottery, Asian antiques, antiques, furniture and more.

In 2009, tent sites Other fabulous auction will be open and include a terrace and patio, Europe, Africa, Far East Gourmet kitchen, bed and bath, animals and more! Therefore, keep your hat because that is where the future is going and just think you are all on the ground floor of this exciting business.

Unlike EBay, VGE has many options for payment for the buyer to the seller and include a personal check, cashier's checks, money orders, Western Union, Paypal, Google Check Out, Authorize.net and more So now have the freedom and opportunity to do business as desired.

In summary, the development of your business as fast VGE As you can so you can make a ton of money especially in the next party.

We want you to succeed and we want our site is the best solution there.

About the Author

My name is Candace Daugherty and I live near Charleston, South Carolina. My passion is Antique and Vintage Costume and Fine Jewelry. I have collected jewelry for over 35 years and own many incredibly fabulous book pieces as shown in the many jewelry price guides authored by Harrice Simons Miller, Roseanne Ettinger, Jeannene Bell and others.

I love Victorian, Art Nouveau and Edwardian pieces and have been fortunate to find many wonderful and highly collectible pieces right here in my own backyard of Charleston, SC. I have a special fondness as most do for Miriam Haskell, DeMario, Schaiparelli, Alfred Philippe, Staret, McClelland-Barclay, Pennino and more and have found wonderful ways to put my hands on these pieces at a fraction of what most retailers or collectors could ever expect.

Since September 15, 2008 I along with three others have founded the first of its kind, an exclusive auction boutique for antique, vintage and new costume and fine jewelry. We started Vintage Gems Emporium at www.vintagegemsemporium.com with three concepts in mind. One, a special boutique environment in an Auction Venue just for the collector and specialist of antique and vintage costume and fine jewelry. Two, to be the lowest cost auction or fixed price venue on the internet. And three to put the entire Virtual Gems Emporium community first with unbelievable customer service and fair equal treatment of all trading partners.
