want to enter this pokemon competition and its about dressing your pet us as a pokemon, so anyone got any ghood ideas on how to make a pikachu costume for my cat and how to do it?

Start by getting a dog costume pattern, such as the one I’ve linked to below.
The important element will be the headpiece, but also remember that Pikachu has a distinctive tail, so you’ll want to reproduce that, too.
